Hello! I am a new teacher this year sponsoring the team. May I ask what the drivers are (referring to the driver’s schedule)? Thank you.
See your competition rules document, general rules. During the head-to-head competition, each match a team participates in requires a driver and spotter on the field. The driver manipulates the robot via the wireless controller. The spotter performs various other tasks related to gameplay. Each team must have a minimum number of drivers that rotate throughout the day. You create a driver schedule to indicate the order that students will drive. When the list of drivers is exhausted, the rotation starts over from the top. Only drivers are required to rotate for each match. Spotters are not required to rotate.
